  • ​We are the Australia Diversity Council (ADC), and our mission is to promote inclusion, equity, and opportunity for all. We run programs, research, and initiatives that empower diverse communities and workplaces.

  • We are funded through memberships, sponsorships, donations, and grants. Every contribution directly supports our programs, advocacy work, and outreach efforts.

  • ADC (Australia Diversity Council) is the main organisation running events, programs, and community initiatives. The ADC AU Review Foundation is the charity branch that focuses 100% on helping people in need — like feeding the homeless or supporting survivors.

  • If you want your money to go straight to charity programs — like food drives, shelters, and medical care — choose the Foundation.
    If you want to help keep our events, awareness campaigns, and community projects running, choose ADC.

  • Yes! If you donate to the Foundation, 100% of that money goes to its charity programs. If you support ADC, it goes into running events, projects, and advocacy. We keep these separate so your support always reaches the right area.

  • Yes! We welcome both individuals and organizations to join us as members or partners. Together, we can amplify impact, build networks, and promote diversity and inclusion across Australia.

  • You can get involved by volunteering your time, attending our events, or supporting our initiatives. We provide plenty of opportunities for individuals to contribute their skills and passion.

  • We are an independent council, but we do collaborate with government bodies, businesses, and other NGOs to achieve shared goals around diversity and inclusion.
